Message of the day

Our three NPC sororities- Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, and Alpha Chi Omega- host a recruitment process together in Spring. If you are interested in one or more of these sororities, this process includes a $25 non-refundable administrative fee (you will be asked to pay at the end of registering via credit/debit card or electronic check) and does not guarantee an invitation to membership in a sorority.

The deadline to register is 11:59pm on Monday, February 17, 2014.

In order to be eligible for recruitment, you must:

  • Have completed 12 college units Note: transferred college units/ AP credit count; though they don't count toward graduation, we will review your myCSUSM and count the units for recruitment eligibility if you took remedial classes (i.e. Math 30) and passed.
  • Have a cumulative 2.50 GPA.
  • Be currently enrolled in at least 6 units at CSUSM (students in Extended Studies/Open University are not eligible).

If you are unsure if you meet one or more of these points, please contact Fraternity & Sorority Life PRIOR to registering. The registration fee is non-refundable, which means that you will not be reimbursed the fee for any reason once it has been processed.

Below are the times for recruitment. Please note that we provide these times as a reference point for the entire process and you are encouraged to adjust your schedule as much as possible. We do our best to accommodate for schedule conflicts but not being available can limit your chance to get to know one or more sororities better and vice versa (which helps you yo both make decisions). The schedule and process are explained in detail at the Orientation, if you have any concerns.
